My child is new, how will they adjust and what will the schedule be?
Clover Sprout Learning’s gradual entry program is individually coordinated with each family. We are here to support a big change in your child’s life, as well as make it as joyful and full of play as we can!
This can look like gradual entry in which we start off with 1 hour, with a second day at 2-3 hours, and the 3rd day being a half day (with or without nap, depending on the child). This will be scheduled with the family ahead of attending our facility, as well as figuring out what works best for the child.

How can I communicate with the teacher?
The center can be reached by both telephone, SMS messaging, and email. Please be advised that during program, it can often be busy with 8 children and the response time may be slower than expected. This is to ensure active supervision is maintained at all times, as well as the children’s needs are met.
You are more than welcome to come earlier and discuss any changes, concerns, and raise any questions at pick up time. -
How often are the children getting outside to play?
Clover Sprouts Learning is a natural classroom based learning program that believes nature is our best teacher. This means we aim to go outside rain, snow, or shine.
It is essential that every child has adequate weather-appropriate gear each day.
In the colder months, the children may play outside once a day for 30 minutes – 1 hour. Through the warmer months, we aim to spend as much time outdoors as possible, heading out both mornings and afternoons.
If weather conditions provide an unsafe or unreasonable environment for play, we will make it up with a fun indoor activity! -
Is it okay if my child isn't potty trained?
Clover Sprouts Learning is proud to support children through this stage! We aim to work alongside families when their child is ready, and for their cues, to show that curiosity and initiative. Potty training is a sensitive lesson for everyone, and each child is unique in how they learn the skill.
