My name is Natasha.

The founder and owner of Clover Sprouts Learning. It was a year long process .. that was a ten year daydream.

Before starting CSL, I worked in the Lower Mainland as mainly an Early Childhood Teacher. I graduated from Stenberg College with my Early Childhood Education certificate in 2013. I took on volunteer work, I’ve taught reading programs, I’ve been in after school settings, infant and toddler classrooms, taught 3-5 in junior kindergartens, and while I worked, I completed my ECE Diploma through online coursework in 2015. I watched, observed, asked questions, and practiced my skills, long before knowing I would ever have my own facility.

I founded the daycare because I have never felt more fulfilled then when I was teaching children. Seeing the “ah ha!” moment on their faces, watching them strive for milestones and embracing their joyful hugs is a priceless feeling. I also founded it because I wanted to provide a space for families to come and feel like they were friends, they were bringing their children to a safe place where they’d learn together, play together, and above all else.. be kids together.

I realized early on that children wanted to see your full attention on them, even if it was just once that day. They wanted their teacher to be more like a pal, to be fun and jovial, to bring up complicated matters in a simple way that they can question and ask about. It’s really more answering their questions about the world that we all become teachers anyways. I love a good challenge, I love science experiments, and getting messy.. but I really think all learning happens during play. And at Clover Sprouts Learning, we’re doing lots of it.

I have made up a full curriculum on the Our Program page, I’ve hunted and gathered fun activities to do with children of all ages, and I’m excited to meet you and your families, and be on this journey together as we navigate not only our world, but this small corner of it at Clover Sprouts Learning.

Warm Regards,
Natasha
